The Supreme Court is hardly better.

The Court’s conservatives are pursuing an extreme deregulatory agenda, enabling the worst impulses of the Trump administration. Over the last three years, they dealt serious blows to the National Environmental Policy Act, the Clean Water Act, and Chevron deference — a legal doctrine that underpinned the past four decades of environmental rulemaking.

We will never stop fighting back — and we are winning important cases.

In response, we’ve filed lawsuits to protect species, safeguard our oceans, uphold clean air and water laws, and claw back billions in vital clean energy investments. Thanks to supporters like you, we’ve already secured major victories:
* We restored $5 billion for electric vehicle infrastructure after Trump froze the funds.
* We protected 400,000 square miles of one of the world's most pristine tropical marine habitats after Trump illegally authorized commercial fishing there.
* We struck down the first Trump administration’s major attacks on the Endangered Species Act, forcing the government to use the best available science and consider harm to habitats as harm to species.
