Here’s what you need to know: The Trump administration announced the creation of a nearly $1.8 BILLION slush fund to compensate Trump’s friends and allies.
And while Republicans claim to have scrapped the fund, Trump says he still loves it. John wants to end it once and for all. He called on Republicans to join us and drive a stake through the heart of Trump’s slush fund.
This slush fund includes people like Tina Peters, who tried to undermine our free and fair election system here in Colorado and was just released from prison on Monday. It also includes January 6th rioters and Proud Boys who beat cops and stormed the Capitol.
That’s right. Trump called for funneling YOUR taxpayer dollars to election deniers.
These are criminals — not victims. The last thing we should do is reward these people with our taxpayer dollars. That’s why John is standing up to Trump’s corrupt slush fund and demanding Tina Peters doesn’t get a payout.
