While our minds are all on national politics with Joe Biden selecting Kamala Harris as his running mate and the Democratic National Convention this week, I'm reaching out to remind you of the critical challenges we're facing right here in Michigan.
We're just four days away from our Post-Primary fundraising deadline.
Every filing this year we have surpassed our goals thanks to you. But with MI GOP/DeVos-backed candidates raising large amounts in the red-to-blue House seats we flipped in 2018, we can't slow down now.
We’re $5,000 away from our Post-Primary goal. That seems like a lot, but every contribution, no matter how small, adds up. With your help I know we can meet our goals.

It's already becoming clear that the presidential election this year is drawing a lot of attention to the national level. But we cannot take our eye off the prize here in Michigan - keeping this state House seat blue.

We hope that you are well and healthy during this very difficult time. We have cancelled our in-person fundraising events until we can meet again safely, which makes email fundraising more important than ever. We know that not everyone is able to financially support our campaign right now, but for those who can, every dollar given will go directly to finding innovative new ways to communicate with voters.
