There isn’t much time.

U.S. House and Senate leadership are said to be close to a deal on FISA Section 702 renewal, and it should come as no surprise the terms do not favor liberty.

With Section 702 expiring next Friday, and after several short-term extensions because of the fight we’ve put up, Congress doesn’t want to delay this any longer . . . and they especially don’t want to ruin their summer vacation!

The Senate is trying to take the lead this time around.

Senator Tom Cotton (R-AR) is locking arms with Senator Mark Warner (D-VA) as they look for a way to placate those demanding inclusion of a warrant requirement in Section 702. . .

Cotton and Warner are now pursuing a long-term 702 renewal (without the warrant requirement) in exchange for a short-term ban on a Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC).

So under the Cotton-Warner plan, government spying on innocent Americans gets the green light . . . and America will be a cashless society soon after the short-term CBDC ban sunsets.

Not only that but we will have lost our best opportunity in years to restore our Fourth Amendment rights.

Please call your U.S. Senators and Representative
at 202-225-3121 RIGHT NOW and tell them to VOTE NO on warrantless Section 702 renewal on EVERY vote, including procedural votes.

Tell them to VOTE NO on phony “reforms” that do nothing to protect your Fourth Amendment rights.

The good news is there are MANY legislators in D.C. who say they are holding out for a warrant requirement this time.

But if they don’t hear from good people like you demanding they stand strong, they will cave . . . just like they have in the past.

Patriot, lackeys for the Surveillance State are LYING when they claim Section 702 of FISA is only used to spy on foreigners in foreign lands. . .

. . . if that were true, including a warrant requirement before they can spy on innocent Americans would not be an issue! There would simply be no reason to fight it so hard.

They refuse to acknowledge the MILLIONS of times the law has been used to illegally spy on innocent Americans. . .

. . . to stalk ex-girlfriends. . .

. . . to spy on donors and campaigns of dissident political candidates. . .

. . . to dig into the inner workings of organizations like ours that didn’t toe the party line. . .

. . . to harass citizens advocating for their children. . .

In all of these cases and MORE, the victims were Americans, living in America, and they were innocent of any crime!

Your action RIGHT NOW could make all the difference.

But you must act right away!
