With so much at stake for the Postal Service, we were thrilled that so many of our supporters rallied together to sign our petition last week, demanding an end to Trump's assault on the USPS. In response to our collective voice, Postmaster General DeJoy has put major operational changes on hold and is set to testify before the House Oversight Committee early next week.

Sara knows how vitally important the USPS is to so many Americans -- as the largest civilian employer of veterans, a primary engine of small businesses, the trusted go-between for seniors receiving prescriptions, and a cornerstone of a safe and viable election. That's why we're so thrilled to announce that, this week, the California State Association of Letter Carriers endorsed our campaign!

The American people trust our letter carriers, and the Letter Carriers trust Sara to be their voice in Congress.

The news just keeps getting more alarming, Friend. Trump mega-donor turned Postmaster General Louis DeJoy continues to sabotage the USPS ahead of the November election:

DeJoy ended overtime for mail carriers and clerks necessary to make sure they deliver mail on schedule. There are even reports that sorting machines are being removed from post offices and dropboxes removed from city streets. These changes have led to mail and package delays all across the country.

This is the most important election of our lifetimes. We need the Postal Service operating at full capacity to ensure that mail-in voting is a safe and secure alternative to in-person voting during the pandemic and beyond.
