That stuff is total bullshit. I said when I launched this campaign I’d never ask for a penny I didn’t need, and I’d never lie to you to get it.
I also told you that I knew I would need your help to win this thing — and that’s still true. This team has been the backbone of my campaign. We’re powered by more than 12,500 individual grassroots supporters, who’ve made more than 20,000 donations since we launched last year to get us to where we are today.
And where are is so close to the finish line. The latest polling has me TIED for first place in this race , so we’ve got six days left to make sure every single undecided voter knows the stakes of this primary and what I’ll do as governor: take big policy swings to lower costs on housing, prescription drugs, and childcare, stand up to the corporate greed that’s making life too expensive, and give working families the tax break they deserve.
