Section 702 – the law that allows the Spy State to look at your private emails, texts, messages, and more – is set to expire next Friday.

One of the stumbling blocks has been the push for a warrant requirement in the bill.

“You want to look at my private messages,

Some former allies have publicly said the changes made a few years ago have cleaned up the Spy State’s mess of spying on innocent Americans.

Instead of tens of thousands of tens of thousands of illegal searches, it’s now much lower. So they’ll tell you all is good.

Dear Patriot,

You and I have just ELEVEN DAYS to CRUSH the Surveillance State.

On June 12, Section 702 of FISA, the law that authorizes unfettered federal government spying on you and me, will expire unless Congress renews it once again.

You and I are closer than we’ve ever been to forcing the feds to get a warrant before they can spy on us using Section 702 as their authority.

Just weeks ago, you and I FORCED the U.S. Congress to adjourn, hat in hand, after failing to pass their “clean” long-term renewal.

. . . After MONTHS of arm twisting, THREE different bill versions, and MULTIPLE failed floor votes. . .

. . . All the statists could muster was a 45-day extension of the Spy State’s “Crown Jewel.”

It is only because of patriots like you that The Swamp
is having such a hard time passing renewal this year.

In fact, as the smoke was clearing and the 45-day extension was passed, Senate Majority Leader John Thune (R-SD) said they are finally ready to “reform” Section 702. . .

And recent reports say they are drafting new bill language RIGHT NOW.

Patriot, legislators from BOTH parties need to hear LOUD AND CLEAR you and I will settle for nothing less than the full restoration of our Fourth Amendment rights.

It’s CRITICAL we turn up the heat on Congress in this latest battle and show them Americans are DEMANDING their rights back!

If you and I can FORCE the House to reject warrantless 702 renewal on the “rule” vote, they will have to add a warrant requirement . . . or just let 702 expire.

You see, we need just SIX Republicans to stand strong on the rule.

Patriot, we HAVE the votes for a warrant requirement, but it MUST be in the bill BEFORE it reaches the floor, not offered as an amendment after the fact.

Leadership on BOTH sides of the aisle have been playing fast and loose – making and breaking “deals” – and cannot be trusted on the “promise” of a vote on a good amendment on the floor!

But many representatives need to be reminded who they REALLY work for.

The Deep State was caught red-handed abusing Section 702 over and over and over . . . MILLIONS of times in the past several years.

It is only supposed to be used against foreigners living OUTSIDE the United States.

But they’ve been caught using Section 702 to stalk ex-girlfriends, target reporters, spy on dissident campaigns, and to scrutinize grassroots advocates and organizations like ours. . .

In ALL of these cases and MORE, the victims were Americans, living in America, and they were innocent of ANY crime!

Section 702 is what allows the Deep State to surveil your emails, browser history, and chat logs and even listen in on your phone calls. It also allows other agencies, like the FBI, to search through your data and the data of other innocent Americans.

The Fourth Amendment requires the government to get a warrant and provide reasonable cause to a court of law before they can look at your private information.

But under Section 702 as currently written, the “intelligence” community believes they have a loophole to circumvent your rights.

That’s why I’m asking you to stand with Campaign for Liberty RIGHT NOW and DOUBLE DOWN on this fight to Restore the Fourth.
