be in serious legal trouble. But the federal government searches your digital
life — your emails, your texts, your communications — without a warrant,
without probable cause, without a judge from a real court ever signing off.

PUT AN END TO FISA ABUSE

Friend, I have fought relentlessly against secret surveillance courts that
were never meant to be turned on American citizens.The Fourth Amendment is not
a suggestion. It is the law.

And right now, Washington is trampling it with both feet while calling it
national security.

Here is what makes it worse: Congress has had every opportunity to fix this
permanently. Instead, they keep passing short-term extensions — 90 days here,
six months there — kicking the can down the road and hoping you stop paying
attention.

No real reform. No long-term fix. Just enough runway to keep the surveillance
state humming until the next deadline, when they do it all over again.

I have voted no every time. I will keep voting no. But I cannot force a REAL
solution without you by my side.
