I am proud to announce that San Francisco Firefighters Local 798have endorsed our campaign for re-election. Thank you! 



As you may know,I recently held a hearing to discuss the hiring and recruitment practices, particularly when it comes to diversity, of our first responders to ensure that we have a civil work force that is reflective of the diversity in our community. <[link removed]>I am committed to ensuring that our community feels safe and represented.

I visited San Francisco Fire Department Stations 15 and 43 to speak with our firefighters and listen to the concerns of those who have worked tirelessly prior to and especially during the COVID-19 crisis to keep our community safe and healthy. 2020 has thrown a lot at us - a global pandemic, wild fires, lightning strikes, and heat waves.I want to thank all the frontline first responders who have kept us safe during these uncertain times. I am honored to have the support of the SF Firefighters Local 798.
