Postmaster General Louis DeJoy must resign. Full stop.
The slashing of postal worker overtime. The removal of sorting machines. The disappearance or locking of postal boxes. Mail delays across the country, leading to people not receiving their essential medications, bills, and other deliveries. DeJoy has now claimed that these changes will be halted -- but it's not clear he has any intention of fixing the damage he has already done.
The fact is that DeJoy -- with the support of Donald Trump -- is deliberately hampering our ability to rely on the U.S. Postal Service.
