Friend, there is an exciting primary election tomorrow that deserves your attention:

Dr. Adam Hamawy is running for Congress in New Jersey, and his primary election is TOMORROW. He needs your help to win this race, but I want to tell you a bit about him first:

Dr. Hamawy is an Army Veteran and former combat surgeon who has helped save lives in Iraq, in Gaza and in New York after September 11th. He is running in NJ-12 to fight for health care, for our Veterans, for all of us here at home — and to put humanity first.

And most near and dear to my heart, Dr. Hamawy saved my life 20 years ago.

He was with me in Iraq and helped take care of me when I couldn’t take care of myself.

It is because of his sacrifice, that I’m not only alive — but I’ve been able to go on to serve my country and the people of Illinois in the United States Senate.

Middle class families in New Jersey and all across America are looking for leaders with the courage to speak truth to power, the willingness to call out injustices at home and abroad, and the determination to spend every day working to make their lives better.

Dr. Hamawy is one of those leaders, and I’m so proud to be his friend and endorse his campaign for Congress.

He needs our support, so I am personally asking:
