The more applications the Commission on Appellate Court Appointments has, the more likely we are to get good, solid conservatives recommended to the legislative leadership and newly appointed commissioners!
Who can apply? To be eligible, applicants must be registered Arizona voters who have been continuously registered with the same political party or as unaffiliated with a political party for the last three years. People who have held or run for a public office (other than for a school board position), served as an officer of a political party or a candidate’s campaign committee, or worked as a registered, paid lobbyist during the past three years are not eligible. It’s important to note that individuals seeking to serve as the Independent can be registered as a member of the Libertarian or Green Party.
