Email from Alzheimer's Research and Prevention Foundation   Dear John, This month, we are celebrating 33 years of prevention, hope, research, wellness, and community. For more than three decades, ARPF has explored the role of lifestyle practices in protecting brain health. Among the most promising and accessible approaches are yoga-based movement, breath regulation, and stress reduction techniques. To mark this milestone anniversary month, we are proud to step into our next groundbreaking work in Alzheimer’s prevention by launching the Brain Longevity® Lifestyle Initiative: Yoga & Healthy Aging. Through this initiative, ARPF will expand our reach at the intersection of yoga, Brain Longevity, and healthy aging. We will translate decades of clinical experience and emerging research into practical, evidence-informed tools for individuals, caregivers, and practitioners alike. Our goal is to raise $150,000 to bring this vital next chapter to life, and we warmly ask for your support at this milestone moment. Throughout June, we’ll be sharing stories, birthday videos, reflections, wellness practices, and voices from the ARPF community about why prevention matters and why hope matters now more than ever. Thank you for being part of this movement and for helping us celebrate 33 years of prevention, hope, and Brain Longevity. Yours in Brain Health, Dharma Singh Khalsa, M.D. President / Medical Director Alzheimer’s Research and Prevention Foundation (ARPF) www.alzheimersprevention.org [email protected] Prevention Editor, Journal of Alzheimer’s Disease P.S.
