So when it was reported that Vladimir Putin placed bounties on the lives of American Soldiers, I was outraged.

And frankly, every day that Donald Trump, our cowardly Commander in Chief, refuses to publicly condemn Russia is a disgrace to the women and men sacrificing to protect our country.

And every second that Trump remains in office and Republicans refuse to hold him accountable is a threat to our troops.
