It was a brilliant sunny day in Des Moines when Cherie Mortice and thirty of her closest friends showed up at the offices of the Master Builders of Iowa.
They were there to deliver a message. Loud and clear.
"All means all - everybody in, nobody out!"
The Master Builders of Iowa are part of the Partnership for America's Health Care Future, the shadow lobby big insurers, private hospitals and pharmaceutical makers founded to stop our momentum towards Medicare for All.
They've spent tens of millions - and hundreds of thousands in Des Moines alone - to convince everyday people they don't really need universal health care. But Cherie and other members of Iowa CCI Action and People's Action won't be fooled: not now, not ever.
We can win the health care we all need and deserve. GIVE NOW to support this courageous work!

People's Action is taking the fight for Medicare For All where it matters most: to the homes and hearts of those most affected by our health care crisis. And we're standing up to those who stand in the way.
Who's leading the charge for Medicare For All? Regular people like you. We can win this, but we need your help now!
We're taking on those who choose to put profits before people, like the Partnership. That's why we took over their Washington, D.C. offices in April, and shut down the floor of the American Medical Association's annual convention in Chicago in June. And why we held a "die-in" at the office of Sen. Mitch McConnell, too.
Momentum is growing, and history is on our side.
GIVE NOW to help us win the health care we all need and deserve.
In solidarity, Tim and everyone at People's Action
