The Deep State is panicking.

Why?

Because grassroots patriots like YOU have thrown a wrench into their plans to renew one of the most dangerous surveillance powers ever handed to the federal government — FISA Section 702.

And now the Swamp is fighting back with everything it has.

Last month, U.S. House leadership tried jamming through reauthorization of Section 702 WITHOUT a warrant requirement.

In fact, they originally wanted a full FIVE-YEAR extension that would continue allowing federal agencies to spy on Americans without obtaining a warrant.

Now Speaker Mike Johnson and the surveillance state are scrambling behind closed doors to cut deals, twist arms, and resurrect Section 702 before it expires on June 12 . . . and before the public catches on.

And make no mistake . . .

This battle is about far more than one piece of legislation.

This is a direct fight over whether Americans will live as free citizens . . . or under a permanent surveillance regime where the government can secretly monitor your communications, collect your private data, and bypass the Fourth Amendment with virtually no accountability.

This is worse than the East German Stasi of the Cold War era because of our government’s ability to collect YOUR personal information through electronic means!

Section 702 has been repeatedly abused.

Again and again and again.

Federal agencies have used these powers to search Americans’ communications without warrants.

The Spy State has conducted warrantless queries on journalists, political protesters, campaign donors, ordinary citizens, and even love interests.
