In June, the Supreme Court ruled on June Medical v. Russo, deciding in favor of women and families to protect reproductive rights.

Late last month, CNN broke the news that Brett Kavanaugh fought hard to avoid ruling on the case. He didn't want the court to strengthen its position defending reproductive rights, and he was willing to leave critical health care in limbo to avoid it.

Brett Kavanaugh should never have been confirmed, and he wouldn't have been without the votes of Sens. Joni Ernst (IA), John Cornyn (TX), and Susan Collins (ME).
