In 2022, Democratic Attorney General Kris Mayes won one of the closest races in Arizona history (she won by just 280 votes) and flipped the seat from red to blue. AG Josh Kaul won re-election in Wisconsin in 2022 by just 1.33 percentage points, and in 2024, Jeff Jackson won the North Carolina AG race by fewer than three percentage points.
We’re proud of our record of winning tough races, and to be candid, we could not do it without grassroots supporters like you.
There are over 30 Attorney General seats on the ballot this year across the country, including critical swing states like Arizona and Wisconsin and red-to-blue flip opportunities like Kansas and Iowa. Check out this map – the orange states are up this year:
And winning these races couldn’t be more important. Dem AGs are the last line of defense against the Trump administration as it continues to attack so many of our rights and freedoms. As the Republican Party exploits the court system to push its agenda, Dem AGs are there every step of the way to protect our freedoms — filing over 100 lawsuits since Trump 2.0 began.
That’s why electing Dem AGs is so important. And with the end-of-month fundraising deadline coming up tomorrow, we need your support now more than ever.
