Texas Performing Arts and Fusebox Festival Collaborate to Create
Production Residency Program for Austin Performing Artists
The first of its kind in Austin, the program provides funding, technical
support, and theater space to adventurous Austin-based artists. Gesel
Mason, Charles O. Anderson, Rudy Ramirez, and Frank Wo/Men Collective
have been selected to develop new projects.

LA-based choreographer, dancer and mama artivist Ana Maria Alvarez
discusses her upcoming online movement class for kiddos with the Austin
American-Stateman. The event is free this Saturday, August 22 at 10 AM

TPA Education: Performance Robots
This fall, UT students working in TPA’s Scenic Studio will design and
build robots for
short online performances created in a virtual collaboration with 2nd
graders at Austin’s Metz Elementary School.
