FIRST: Donald Trump began his misinformation campaign on vote-by-mail, lying about the existence of voter fraud and claiming it would lead to a “RIGGED ELECTION!”

THEN: Trump suggested he would DELAY the Presidential Election -- even though only Congress has the power to do so.

AND THEN: Nevada’s Democratic leaders voted to approve a mail-in voting process for November’s election, a safe and secure method that allows voters to cast their ballots from home during a global health crisis.

NOW: Donald Trump’s campaign is suing the state of Nevada! And in their legal challenge, they complained that a provision of the bill could lead to more in-person voting centers in urban and rural areas.

The Constitution is clear: Election Day is set and the power to change it lies solely with Congress. This is just another attempt by Donald Trump to attack our voting rights and undermine Americans’ faith in our Democracy.

It’s voter suppression, plain and simple.
