Champions at Cap

Dear John,

WomenHeart Champions make a tremendous difference in their communities. Being trained to become a WomenHeart Champion at the Science & Leadership Symposium is only the beginning; WomenHeart is constantly working with Champions to amplify their impact on a bigger scale.

That's why we launched the WomenHeart Advocacy Corps this year and will work at the 2020 Science & Leadership Symposium to recruit new WomenHeart Champions to the group. Aside from providing important patient support and community education, Champions in Advocacy Corps comprise a group of patient advocates developing the skills to engage with lawmakers and influence public policy to support women living with and at risk of heart disease.

Our goals are to empower WomenHeart Champions to use their voices to impact change and to ensure that the patient voice is center in the minds of policy-makers working on health policy. But we need your help to get our advocates trained. Can we count on your support today?

Donate Now v3

We want to empower our WomenHeart Champions in Advocacy Corps through story-telling and advocacy training and to provide them with useful tools and resources so they can impact policies that affect all women living with or at risk of heart disease. Please consider making a contribution today to support this impactful work.

Together, we are saving lives!
