The field in Ohio is officially set. Shontel fended off our primary opponents earlier this month, and now we need all hands on deck to defeat our Republican opponent this November and secure her re-election.

There is too much at stake for anyone to sit on the sidelines. Trump is trying to reshape his already extremist right-wing party to be composed only of unwavering loyalists. We saw that in Indiana. We saw that in Texas this week. And we saw that right here in Ohio, where Trump has given his “total endorsement” for the GOP candidate for governor and in the Senate race against Senator Sherrod Brown.

As Republicans continue to fall deeper into a MAGA trap, it’s critical that we take back the House and put a check and balance on this out-of-control administration. Their failed policies are making everything from gas and groceries to healthcare skyrocket, and it is only going to get worse if we don’t stop them.
