Today, our organization's founder, Gabby Giffords, will give a speech at the Democratic National Convention -- on the same day that the historic Vice Presidential nominee Kamala Harris will give her speech.

Gabby's speech reflects on her recovery and the bond she has with Vice President Joe Biden. After the shooting that nearly took Gabby's life, Joe was there for her.

And just like he was there for Gabby, Joe will be there for us when we elect him President.

But in order for us to get there, we have to make our voices heard on Election Day, because speaking out is one of the most important things we can do in our democratic society.

And few people know the power of making your voice heard better than Gabby. Words may not come as easily for her as they did before, but she has not lost her voice.

So today, we are inviting you to watch Gabby's speech and then chip in anything you can to help us elect Joe Biden! This is one of the most important elections of our lifetimes and we need everyone coming together to help make it a success.
