John, ,
I’ve spent enough time in politics to know this: when Democrats stop showing up in certain places, somebody else fills the void.
Usually, it’s people who have no real interest in helping working families — just dividing them, distracting them, and cashing in while communities get left behind. After a while, that kind of politics takes a toll. People start feeling like nobody sees them, nobody hears them, and nobody is fighting for the places they call home.
I think there’s a better path.It starts by taking small towns seriously. It starts by respecting people enough to tell the truth. And it starts by showing up, organizing, and competing in places too many folks in politics have given up on. That’s a big part of why I’m launching Small Town PAC.
Small Town PAC is about helping Democrats expand the map by building power in small towns and backing the kind of politics that actually speak to working families. Because if we want to win in more places, we’ve got to be willing to show up in more places.
That’s the work ahead, and I’m asking you to be part of it from the start.
If you’re able, please split a donation between Small Town PAC and the Voter Protection Project to become a founding donor today. Early support will help us launch strong and start building the kind of party that shows up everywhere and fights for everybody. [link removed]-
I’m grateful,
Tim Walz
