The Washington Post: "Postmaster general announces he is 'suspending' policies
that were blamed for causing mail delays"

Friend -- together, we put pressure on the postmaster general and suspended
changes to the U.S. Postal Service that would have delayed mail and put the lives
and livelihoods of Americans at risk.

I am so proud to have you with me in this fight. And while today we can
celebrate what we have accomplished, we also know that there is still a lot of
work to be done -- and I am just getting started.

We need answers from Postmaster General DeJoy and the administration. Why were
these policies proposed to begin with? Will DeJoy fix the massive disruptions
that have already been put into effect? Why are there still plans to disrupt the
USPS after the election, when the pandemic will keep people relying on the USPS
more than ever?

President Trump made it clear that he wants to use the Postal Service to benefit
himself over the American people. It will take constant vigilance to make sure
that never happens.

I'm demanding answers -- and I need your help. Will you support my work today to
keep the Postal Service working for all Americans and free from political influence?
