Hey John, Roy's extreme-right opponent is putting politics over public health, dangerously disregarding health guidelines to hold in-person fundraisers across North Carolina with no masks or social distancing:

It's unfortunately not surprising that Dan Forest, who falsely claimed "masks don't work," is recklessly endangering the health and safety of our state to fundraise.

And to make matters even worse, he said "it will be a lot more of this" going forward!

If Dan Forest is endangering us just running for governor, he's too dangerous to be governor.

This isn't the kind of leadership we need. North Carolina deserves a governor who leads by example, not one who ignores science.

Unlike Dan, Roy is relying on online contributions to be able to compete. If you're able can you rush $10 to make sure we can continue to have responsible, safe leadership in the Governor's office?

We hope everyone is staying safe during this ongoing health emergency. The Cooper Campaign is now working remotely, and we encourage all those who are able to practice social distancing. We've taken the step of cancelling all in-person fundraising for the time being, making grassroots online outreach and fundraising even more critical than before. Roy and the rest of the team will keep working for a more prosperous, better-educated, and healthy North Carolina, and we hope you will stay with us in this fight.
