It’s official: The general election for the Nebraska Senate seat starts right now.
I’m Dan Osborn, the Independent candidate running to unseat Republican Billionaire Senator Pete Ricketts in the Cornhusker state.
In 2024, I came within a few points of winning this seat. This November, we’re going to finish the job.
If you’re with me, please help me kick off the general election by pitching in $50, $25, $10, or even just $1, split with Nellie Pou:
We’ve already shown what’s possible when working people decide they’ve had enough of a system built for billionaires and insiders. But now, we’re heading into our toughest fight yet against Pete Ricketts, the ultimate DC insider.
This is the part where they try to overwhelm us: More money, more ads, more outside groups trying to define this race and buy themselves a Senate seat.
But I didn’t get into this to follow the rules of a rigged system. I’m not a career politician.

I’m a Navy veteran, a mechanic, and a union leader who believes Nebraska deserves a senator who actually understands work, struggle, and responsibility.
And I believe we can win this thing. But only if we don’t slow down now.
The general election starts now, and we have to hit the ground running. So I’m asking you: Can you pitch in to help us start this next phase strong?
If you've saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your secure donation will go through immediately.
Now that we’re officially in the general election, all eyes will be on this race. And we need to be ready for what’s coming.
Let’s show them that Nebraska isn’t bought — it’s built by working people who are ready to stand up.
— Dan Osborn
