Jack, time is running out to tell PRT what the Bus Line Refresh would mean for you.
The Bus Line Refresh is big, it's complicated, and it could be the biggest service change in our lifetimes.
Your best shot at making sure PRT implements a plan that works for you and your neighbors is learning about the service changesβ€”then telling PRT what you need to see.

Refresh or No Refresh, Ridership and Reliability needs to improve
The Bus Line Refresh is a massive change, but PRT can (and must) still fix the fundamentals of good transit service.
Before, during, and after the Refresh, PRT can publish clear goals and publicly-accessible reports on improving the crisis of reliability and low ridership that it's been facing since the pandemic.
Some communities stand to gain from the Refresh, and some stand to lose. What is true for everyone, regardless of route, is that they need to know when the bus will arrive, and be confident that they can rely on it to take them where they need to go.
PRT needs to hear this message loud and clear before finalizing the Bus Line Refresh. Can you RSVP to join the press conference and board meeting on Friday to make sure your voice is heard? [[link removed]]
