John,
60 seconds: That's how long Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez was given to speak at the Democratic National Convention last night, nominating Bernie Sanders for president in a procedural move.
It's disappointing, but not surprising, that the corporate wing of the Democratic Party is trying to minimize the voices of progressive WFP champions like AOC in favor of multiple speeches from anti-choice, union-busting Republicans like former Ohio Governor John Kasich.
But we all know the reality on the ground is a different world entirely.
Voters resoundingly rejected three corporate-funded primary challenges to three members of the Squad and sent shockwaves by electing Jamaal Bowman in NY-16. WFP supporters were with all of them every step of the way.
And now, we are coming together to remove Trump from the White House by electing Joe Biden, preparing to fight for our victory for as long as it takes until Trump leaves, electing hundreds of progressives to office at every level of government, and building a nationwide movement to make sure OUR agenda is front and center in 2021 and beyond.
We're building something different. We're doing it together. Contribute $3 or more now to the Working Families Party's General Election GOTV Fund to defeat Trump and elect hundreds of WFP candidates nationwide who will demand change that meets the scale of the crises we are facing.

We are living through unprecedented, historic times. It can be difficult to find cause for celebration, especially as so many of us are struggling to get the health care we need or make rent at the end of the month.
But we're hopeful that the energy we're seeing in the streets and at the polls will be reflected in our movement to build a government that works for the many, not the few.
How we respond to this moment is on us.
In solidarity,
All of us at the Working Families Party
