This June, companies including Walt Disney and T-Mobile pulled their money from Tucker Carlson Tonight after the host’s fear-mongering suggestion that Black protesters were going to “come for you.” Just one month later, Free Press Action and our partners ran a campaign that successfully got 1,100+ companies — including Coca-Cola, Ford, Starbucks and Target — to stop advertising on Facebook for one month over the platform’s failure to crack down on white-supremacist hate and recruitment.

Historically Fox’s audience has been made up largely of a single demographic — people 80 or older, whose lives are now endangered by the network’s COVID-19 lies. But since the pandemic began, the network has begun to attract a significant number of younger viewers — helping Fox News attract a new set of advertisers, like Dell, Google and Samsung.
