Dear Colleague,
The Trump administration expanded Mexico City Policy, that forbids U.S. money from supporting abortion groups overseas, from the rather small family planning budget to the entire health budget. A new report shows the policy has been a huge success. Of course, the abortion groups will squawk. Lisa Correnti and Rebecca Oas, Ph.D. report.
In other huge news, Congress has asked the administration to withhold taxpayer money from UN agencies that violate the Siljander Amendment which forbids recipients from lobbying for abortion. UN agencies routinely go beyond their mandate by lobbying against abortion laws. Rebecca Oas, Ph.D. reports.
Friends, no organization has the depth of historical knowledge to report on these important stories. Please support our journalism program at www.c-fam.org/donate.
Spread the word. Be daring. Keep the faith.
Yours sincerely,
