I cannot wait to watch my friend, Senator Kamala Harris, make history tonight as she accepts our party's vice presidential nomination. 

But in the week since Kamala was named to the Democratic ticket, she's been subjected to an onslaught of attacks. Trump has called her “nasty,” “angry,” and “horrible.” Fox News host Tucker Carlson flat-out refused to pronounce her name properly on his show, even when corrected by a guest. Members of Trump’s family have attacked her character online. 

These attacks are baseless and steeped in both racism and sexism. But they also speak to the fact that Trump and his sycophants are terrified of Kamala. They have no idea what to do with a strong, brilliant, accomplished and ambitious woman who isn’t afraid to speak her mind. 

It’s a race to the bottom, and we’ve got to fight back. Will you pledge to stand with Kamala against ALL the attacks that are coming her way? Click here to add your voice.

Kamala is fearless—but she can’t win this alone. With the most consequential election of our lifetimes in 75 days, we must come together and say “enough.” Enough of the racist, sexist, patently false BS. We’re better than this.
