Friend – If it weren’t for Dr. Adam Hamawy I don’t know if I’d be alive to write you this message or serve in the Senate.
It is because of his efforts that I survived after my helicopter was shot down in Iraq in 2004. It is because of the countless hours he spent in the operating room racing against the clock that I’m not a triple amputee—his quick thinking actually saved my wounded arm.
Adam is running for Congress for the first time in a highly competitive race in just 9 days, and polling shows the race is too close to call:
Will you join me in supporting him by splitting a donation between his campaign and mine ahead of his primary on June 2nd?
Right now, in 2026, we’re at a perilous crossroads for our country and our democracy.
Americans from all walks of life and backgrounds are looking for leaders with the courage to speak truth to power. Leaders who aren’t afraid to denounce injustice. Leaders who will fight tirelessly for the tens of millions of Americans struggling to get by.
Adam is that leader.
I saw his dedication to service firsthand when he was an Army combat trauma surgeon in Iraq and I saw his courage when he risked his life to provide life-saving medical aid in Gaza, Sudan, Syria and Haiti.
Please donate today so we can elect a leader to Congress who will fight to end forever wars, make healthcare accessible for all and restore the power of everyday people in our government.
