Important update: Andrew’s Republican opponent will be Michael Owen, a South Tampa Attorney with a home off Bayshore. He won a dirty campaign filled with Repubican attacks surrounding allegations of domestic violence and arrests.



He’s the former law partner of disgraced Congressman Ross Spano and has been playing by the same playbook of refusing to show up (even virtually) at any bipartisan events where he’d have to face voters. But we know where he stands:
