🚨Our website has been knocked offline by a cyber attack 🚨
August 19th,
I need to convince a lot of people to support America First Projects by giving us money this week. Hopefully you have been enjoying all of the news and activist content we've been putting out and already can see the value in making an investment ([link removed]) in the lasting institution we are building.
We are in urgent need of support because the website we've worked so hard on has been knocked offline by a cyber attack. Getting the site fully restored and online will require us to incur thousands in costs that we can't absorb at our current level of funding. ** You know what they say about when you start taking fire, that you're over the target.

Tuesday the America First Projects website and hosting server came under attack. The sophisticated attack created loading and database issues crashing our website. The attack came after we had already smashed our single-day record in the early afternoon based primarily on two articles. Our article on the Associated Press fact checking Michelle Obama's DNC speech and the article on Kamala Harris doing ANYTHING in her rise to power had racked up more than 150,000 views when the attack happened. We don't KNOW who is behind this attack yet but that traffic probably had something to do with it.
Our technical team has been up all night working to restore the website. We were able to get it back online for several hours this morning before it crashed again. The source of the attack is not yet clear but it is clear that it designed to take America First Projects offline. I'm sorry to report that it worked despite several layers of built in security. We'll get the website backup but it's going to cost us time and money we don't have without immediate help ([link removed]) .
We have worked so hard to get America First Projects this far. Please don't let this attack slow our momentum by buying into ([link removed]) this project today. We are going to have a big impact for a longtime but we can't do it without immediate support.

America First Projects is becoming a bold voice for the American people. It's so frustrating to see it go offline. While we wait to see how much of our work we've lost we're praying that we get the support we need ([link removed]) to keep going.
We'd like to raise $25,000 or more so that we don't have to keep asking but we can get by if we raise at least $10,000 by the weekend. If everyone who received this email gave just $1 we'd be able to fully fund ten websitess.
We know times are tough and not everyone can contribute. We really need your help but we understand that many are struggling with the China Virus and lockdown.
