The Dems might want Tarrant County but they can't have it! CLICK HERE AND DONATE TO THE FIGHT TODAY Carroll ISD Stands Tall — and Wins Please join us in congratulating the Carroll Independent School District Board of Trustees on a hard-fought victory that should make every Tarrant County conservative proud. On May 19, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit dismissed the last-ditch appeal by activist groups trying to revive the Biden administration's radical rewrite of Title IX — the rule that would have forced our daughters to share locker rooms, showers, and overnight accommodations with biological males. With that dismissal, Carroll ISD's nationwide court win stands, and the Biden-era rule is dead for good. This fight was not handed to them. While many districts across the country stayed silent, Carroll ISD stepped forward — joining Alliance Defending Freedom, Texas, and 19 state attorneys general — to defend the original meaning of Title IX and protect the privacy, safety, and dignity of female students. A Southlake school board of roughly 8,400 students took on the full weight of the federal Department of Education, and won. That kind of courage is exactly what we need more of in elected office, at every level. The trustees didn't poll-test their convictions. They didn't wait to see which way the political winds were blowing. They stood up for parents, for girls, and for common sense — and they delivered. To the CISD trustees, administration, and the Southlake families who backed them: thank you. You've shown the rest of the state, and the country, what principled local leadership looks like. Chairman Davis was proud to be one of the members of the legal team representing Carroll ISD, working with ADF. You can read more about the case here. On Memorial Day we’ll pause to honor the brave men and women of our Armed Forces who made the ultimate sacrifice in defense of our American freedoms. From the fields of Gettysburg to the beaches of Normandy, from the mountains of Korea and Vietnam to the deserts of Iraq and Afghanistan, generations of American heroes answered the call of duty. They left behind families, futures, and the comforts of home so that we could live in a nation where liberty, justice, and the pursuit of happiness remain our birthright. Their blood bought our freedom. Their courage secured our Constitution. Their sacrifice preserved the American Dream for all who cherish it. On that solemn day, we remember not just their service, but the profound cost of liberty. We owe them a debt we can never fully repay — only honor by protecting the freedoms they defended and teaching the next generation what true patriotism means. To the fallen: You are not forgotten. Your watch has ended, but your legacy endures in every star on our flag and every right we hold dear. May God bless our Gold Star families, and may God continue to bless the United States of America.
