Langley Park in Prince George’s County has weathered disinvestment for decades, but there are now signs that developers are interested in the area. Combined with looming evictions due to COVID-19, some residents may be at immediate risk of displacement.
In unincorporated areas, the names the US Postal Service associates with ZIP codes are commonly used to label a place. However, that’s a flawed method — here’s why.
After widespread warnings from the Postal Service about deadlines for mail in ballots, both Montgomery and Prince George’s Counties have requested over 35 secure drop boxes for voters to deposit their ballots on election day.
