We have some great news to share with you today. Byron Donalds, the conservative choice for Congress in Florida's 19th District, won the Republican primary election yesterday by 774 votes.
This is especially remarkable given that it was a competitive, multi-candidate race and Donalds was the target of some last-minute dirty tricks that almost certainly cost him votes.
As voters went to the polls, a group sent out a text message claiming to be from Byron Donalds, which said he was dropping out of the race. It was a total fraud. You can see the text below.

This is one of the many things wrong in politics today and it is sweet justice that Bryon Donalds won the most votes anyway.
