The law couldn’t be more clear. Thanks to the Affordable Care Act, it’s illegal for insured women to be charged a copay for birth control.

 

The Trump administration is trying to change that. Next week, we’ll be back in court for a hearing to block the President's birth control rollback.

We're challenging the administration's policy, which seeks to deny a substantial number of women access to birth control by allowing their employers to “opt-out” of covering it as part of their employees’ health plans.
