It is absolutely unacceptable to hear that the Postmaster General has been slashing the USPS budget, removing mail sorting machines from post offices, and getting rid of mail drop-off boxes.
And it is especially shocking that the president admitted to ordering these measures to interfere with mail-in voting this election.
We're encouraged that the United States House of Representatives has decided to hold emergency hearings with the Postmaster General about the state of the USPS. But make no mistake, friend -- we're outraged that the president is planning on dismantling the USPS to prevent people from voting this November.

We Georgians see and feel the impacts of rampant voter suppression every time there’s an election -- and Carolyn's decision to run was based in part on her determination to protect access to the ballot.
