| Friends, Like many of you, last night I tuned in to the Democratic National Convention and it filled me with hope. It was a testament to this country and its strength -- filled with strong words from men and women who want to make a difference. Most notably, I appreciated the words by our former First Lady Michelle Obama who said, “We have got to vote like we did in 2008 and 2012. We have got to show up with the same level of passion and hope.” This was a call for all of us to come together and stand up for our shared values with the same energy we did over a decade ago. And with so much at stake in this election, we need everyone in this fight. Right now, we have the momentum we need to create a Blue Wave this November. But we can’t do it without you.
