In 24 hours, I will have been an official member of the United States Congress for 240 days, friend -- and it’s all because grassroots supporters like you were willing to knock doors, make calls, and chip in for change.

We’ve accomplished so much in the last 240 days. We passed the first major piece of climate legislation in a decade, we took a major step towards reducing the gender gap in STEM fields, and we passed a bill to protect health care for millions of Americans with pre-existing conditions.
