In a Fox News interview, President Donald Trump finally admitted what his months-long smear campaign against the United States Postal Service (USPS) is really about: a blatant attempt to try and sabotage the election by withholding funds from the USPS.

John xxxxxx, Trump withholding funds from the USPS is a direct attack on our democracy and election — from our own president. Hakeem is taking immediate action.

As a leader in the House Judiciary Committee, Hakeem has called for FBI Director Christopher Wray to open a criminal probe into Postmaster General Louis DeJoy. If DeJoy and Trump are deliberately slowing the mail to try and win the November election, they must be dealt the full force of the law.
