Hello, my name is Emma Cameron, and I'm a campaign specialist in the Corporate
Engagement Department at Mercy For Animals.
I think we all have a lot of work to do in expanding our circle of compassion to
include others who are more marginalized in this world. Farmed animals in
particular endure relentless abuse in our broken food system. Mercy For Animals
is committed to creating a more compassionate food system for everyone, and that
includes the slaughterhouse workers who suffer as a result of systemic
inequities. I'm proud to work at Mercy For Animals and make a small contribution
toward ending this suffering and abuse.
I was beyond excited to have a full race calendar in 2020, with one if not two
races per month. Since the pandemic forced cancellation of my races this year,
I'm looking for new opportunities to shift the way I think about running. As of
Friday, July 17, I have run 1,993 miles this year.
In my 20/20 Challenge

animals to raise $2,020!

Thank you for your unwavering support.
