OCA is hiring two positions with the National Staff: a Chapter & Membership Development Associate and a Senior Policy Associate. Both positions are full-time, exempt, and based in Washington D.C. Although currently, all OCA staff are working from home until further notice. For more information, please see below.
Job Posting: Chapter and Membership Development Associate
OCA – Asian Pacific American Advocates is a national civil rights organization dedicated to advancing the social, political, and economic well-being of all Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders. OCA’s national office in Washington, DC, is seeking a full-time Chapter and Membership Development Associate to work with the Executive Director and Vice Presidents of Membership and Chapter Development to support OCA chapter growth and member engagement.
Compensation: Salary is commensurate with experience. Benefits include paid vacation, health care, vision, employer subsidized dental and transit, and employer matching Simple IRA.
