I just signed bipartisan legislation that will make a real difference for Virginians managing chronic conditions, dealing with insurance red tape, and trying to afford their prescriptions.

We capped out-of-pocket insulin costs at $35 per month.

We cracked down on the costly prior authorization delays that keep patients from getting the care their doctors prescribe.

And we required Marketplace insurers to offer health plans that cap monthly out-of-pocket drug costs.
