We are proud to call Grassroots Leadership a leader-ful organization. We build power with people directly impacted by systemic injustices to lead and shape change in and with their communities. 

After a year-long search process, we recognize that the leadership we need to guide us through our next journey is amongst us. Grassroots Leadership is proud to be amongst the first organizations in the south whose leadership are personally impacted by the systems we are trying to dismantle—including mass incarceration, detention, and deportation.
