In just two hours, at 12pm CT, I'll be leading a discussion with candidate for New York State Assembly Jessica González-Rojas, Redmond, Washington City Councilmember Varisha Khan, Georgia State Representative Bee Nguyen, and Florida State Representative Dotie Joseph, some of the boldest badasses in our movement, to discuss how people like us are changing the face of leadership, taking a stand against racism and white nationalism, and leading the movement for an inclusive democracy.
This event is our chance to show how our movement is strengthening our democracy, speaking up for BIPOC representation, and giving our communities a voice in government. By taking action now at the DNC, we can influence not only how our communities will be included and engaged by campaigns up to Election Day, but change how people like us are viewed in our democracy.
