It’s a HUGE deal that Texas is now a battleground state, y’all but polls mean nothing unless we act. We have a choice:
Option one:
We do everything in our power to elect MJ to the Senate, defeat Sen. Cornyn, and kick Mitch McConnell out of his office. With a new Senate majority, we can finally expand health care coverage, combat climate change, protect our communities from gun violence, and ensure that our veterans get the care they deserve. It’ll be a tough fight but so worth it.
Option two:
We don’t give it our all. Maybe we don’t pay attention, maybe we think we’ll donate later. Sen. Cornyn sails to re-election, McConnell retains control, and the people of Texas are left to wonder “what if?” Instead of progress, we watch the incompetence continue in Washington.
