Big news! Clean Water Action has endorsed Donna for re-election.
Donna has always believed that clean water is a right, not a privilege. As someone who raised a family just a stone's throw away from the deepest part of the Gelman Dioxane Plume, she knows this better than anyone.
When Donna got to Lansing, she immediately got to work lowering the clean up standard for 1,4 Dioxane from 85ppb to 7.5ppb and she has been a leader in pushing Michigan to adopt PFAS contamination rules that are some of the strictest in the nation.

As communities all around Michigan are discovering the extent of the impact of PFAS contamination and here in our community our beloved waters have indefinite “Do Not Fish, Do Not Eat” advisories, Donna has been on the frontlines fighting to ensure everyone has access to clean water and that polluters are held accountable.
